Ingredients

Spaghetti Plus Omega 3 (Heartland) 4 oz
Broccoli, fresh, 250 grams (approximately 2 large crowns) cut into small pieces
Bell Pepper, red, 1 large sliced
Olive Oil, Extra Virgin, 2 tbs
Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 oz
Pine Nuts, 2 tbsp
Garlic, 5 cloves finely diced
Salt for pasta cooking water (appr. 1/2-1 teaspoon)
Directions
Cook pasta al dente in salted water (to minimum time on package directions) and drain. Chop garlic fine and saute over medium low heat in olive oil. Parboil or steam broccoli for 3 minutes and red pepper for 1-2 minutes. Drain and douse with cold water to stop cooking. Add all ingredients (except parmesan cheese) to garlic and oil and toss together over medium low heat until hot. Optional: a few cranks of fresh black papper and some fresh basil. Top with freshly grated parmesan cheese.
