Ingredients

Turkey
Chopped Broccoli (boil til soft)
2 C rice (cooked)
Onion chopped and boiled with broccoli
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 C sour cream
1/2 C soft butter
sunflower seeds if you want them
1/3 C lemmon juice
Shredded cheese
Crumbled crackers
Directions
Boil Chopped broccoli, turkey and onions together. Cook rice
Put all in a boal and add cream of chicken soup, sour cream and 1/2 the butter, sunflower seeds and lemon juice.
Put in a cake pan and shread cheese on top. Crumble crackers on top. Melt last half of butter and pour over top.
Cook 1/2 hour at 350.
