Introduction

Found the full fat "copycat" online and made it low fat for use by Sparkers watching their fat! Found the full fat "copycat" online and made it low fat for use by Sparkers watching their fat!
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    * 1 cup Fat Free mayonnaise/Salad Dressing
    * 3 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
    * 2 tablespoons Fat Free grated parmesan cheese (such as Kraft or some other fat free parmesan alternative)
    * 2 teaspoons Worcesterchire sauce
    * 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
    * 1/2 teaspoon ground dry mustard
    * 1/4 teaspoon salt
    * 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    * 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
    * 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
    * pinch dried basil
    * pinch dried oregano

Directions

1. Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl and mix with an electric mixer for about 30 seconds.

2. Chill the dressing for at least two hours before serving.

3. Makes 1 1/4 cups - supposed to be 16, 2 Tblsp servings.

    Very nice! Thickened nicely over the 2 hour chill time. I did not use ff mayo or parmesan -- used light mayo and regular parmesan. More calories, but still pretty lowfat and delicious. My husband also went back to the original recipe and used half reg mayo and half full fat Greek yogurt - 5/10/18
