Ingredients

    Cut up these fruits, put 1 TBS of lemon juice in bowl with fruit and toss.

    1 bosc pear
    1 red pear
    1 grapefruit
    1 pomegranate
    1 Cup +/- red grapes
    1 Lb fresh pineapple
    1 Lb fresh watermelon

Directions

cut up all fruit, put into large bowl, mix with 1 TBS of lemon juice to prevent spoilage.

Eat with 3 oz. fat free yogurt (your flavor choice) and 1/4 Cup of granola. This'll last all morning. No hunger craving!
