Ingredients

    Shady Brook Lean Ground Turkey, 454 gram(s)
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, .5 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) - chopped
    Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" - chopped
    Garlic, 2 clove - minced
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup
    Egg, fresh, 1 jumbo
    Salt, Pepper, Oregano, Basil to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Roll into meatballs and cook in tomato sauce. Makes 18 meatballs (6 servings).
