    1 Medium Onion
    1 Large Carrot
    1 Large Green Pepper
    2 Cups Chopped Mushrooms
    1 Chili Seasoning Packet
    28 oz can Chunky Tomatos

Directions

Saute onion until translucent. Add chopped tofu and continue to saute for 3 minutes.
