    1 lb Ground Beef
    1 can of corn (drained and rinsed)
    1 can of pinto beans (drained and rinsed)
    1 can of black beans (drained and rinsed)
    1 cans of stewed tomatoes
    4 stalks of celery cut up
    2 cups of cut up carrots
    half an onion cut up

Directions

brown hamburger. Add all ingredients and simmer on stove for at least 30 minutes. 20 1 cup servings
