Ingredients

5 Tbsp ground ginger
2 cubes, Chicken bullion
1/4 cup minced garlic
1/4 cup soy sauce
4 chicken breasts, deboned and skinned
1/4 cup scallions (green onions), chopped
4 cups uncooked white rice
Directions
Makes 4 servings of 1 chicken breast, 1 cup of rice, and 1 cup of soup.
1. Wash chicken and place in steamer basket
2. spread 4 tbsp ginger over the chicken breasts, drizzle with soy sauce
3. Steam for 20 minutes.
4. Prepare bullion cube in 1 litre of water.
5. Wash rice twice, or until the water becomes less opaque.
6. Empty the rice water, pour in chicken stock.
7. Add 1/2 tbsp ground ginger and 1 tsp fried garlic to rice and chicken stock.
8. Cook rice for 15 minutes, or until dry.
9. Prepare 1 bullion cube in 1 litre of water. Add chopped scallions, 1/2 tbsp ginger.
Serve chicken on top of rice, with soup on the side. Cucumbers are a good addition as well.
