    1/2 cup parm cheese
    1/2 cup breadcrumbs
    1 onion
    2 egg whites
    1 tsp minced garlic
    1lb ground turkey
    1/4 cup shredded cheese

    Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl

Directions

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until interal temp is 170 degrees.
