Introduction

Mix in a pack of onion mix with 5-6 small potatoes Mix in a pack of onion mix with 5-6 small potatoes

Ingredients

    5-6 small potatoes (used 6 for recipe)
    1 packet of dry onion mix
    Place 2 tablespoons of EVOO
    A little bit of water
    and season to taste (garlic powder and black pepper good)

Directions

get out an 8x8 pyrex
preheat oven to 375
dice potatoes
mix dry onion mix with 2 tablespoons of EVOO and a few dashes of water
pour mixture over potatoes
season
bake at 375 for 50 minutes with foil over top
broil for 10 minutes at end
