Introduction

This chicken dish is so easy to make. I put everything together in a big freezer bag and let it marinate in the fridge overnight. When i get home, it's ready to throw in a grill pan and dinner's ready in 10 minutes. This chicken dish is so easy to make. Ingredients

    1lb thin cut Chicken Breast
    3 cloves Garlic, roughly chopped
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    10-15 sprigs fresh parsley, roughly chopped
    2 tsp Honey Mustard, or if you can find it, Tequila Lime Mustard
    salt
    pepper

Directions

Add chicken, garlic, olive oil, parsley, mustard to a large freezer bag. Add salt and pepper. Seal and place in the fridge overnight, or for at least an hour.
Heat a grill pan, or your standard outdoor grill and spray with non-stick spray. Add chicken and cook until juices run clear. Usually this is about 6 minutes on one side and another 3-4 on the other.
Makes four 3-4oz servings.
