Ingredients

1/2 chopped cabbage
8 oz. hamburger browned
1 can green beans
5 chopped carrots
1 stalk chopped celery
1 can diced tomato
2 can chicken or beef broth
2 Tbs olive Oil
2 Tbs Balsamic vinegar
1 can yellow corn
1 pack of Foodlion soup mix vegetables
Red pepper flakes to taste
Add parmesean cheese and serve
Directions
Brown the hamburger in olive oil
Chop the carrots cabbage and celery add to hamburger
Add broth and diced tomato
add mixed vegetables, corn and balsamic vinegar
season with salt peper & red pepper to taste.
divide into bowls and add parmesean cheese.
Refridgerate extra to warm up in microwave for later use.
