Ingredients

1 lb ground sausage
1/2 cup onion
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
5 large eggs
10 oz frozen spinich, thawed and drained well
2 9 in. frozen pie crusts
Small amount of parmesean cheese
Directions
Brown sausage and onion. Drain. Mix in cream cheese, drained spinich. Beat eggs well and add to mixture. Pour into pie crusts and bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes or until bubbly. Sprinkle with parmesean cheese.
NOTE: You may need to cover crust with aluminum part of the way through the baking process in order to not burn the crust.
