Ingredients

    1 lbs boneless chicken breasts cut into strips
    12 Uncooked Barilla Manicotti Noodles
    4 cups Tomato sauce
    2 cups Fat Free Mozzarella cheese

Directions

You will need to make this the day before because it needs to sit overnight in the fridge.

Cut your chicken breasts into 1 inch strips. Spread one cup of the tomato sauce on a 9x13 inch baking dish. Slide the chicken strips into the manicotti shells. Place the chicken in the shell in the baking dish. Once they are all stuffed, cover with remaining sauce. Cover with plastic wrap and put it in the fridge overnight. When are you ready to bake preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Just before you place it in the oven, sprinkle the cheese on the top. Bake for 35-45 minutes until the cheese is browned.

Serve 2 shells per person.

    really good and really easy to make! i used healthy choice spaghetti sauce but used 2% cheese as I find fat free does not melt as well and is like a brick! serve with a salad for a great meal! - 7/30/09
