Ingredients

    1 6oz boneless chicken breast cut into bite-size pieces
    1 Tablespoon grape seed oil
    2 cup rehydrated black mushrooms cut into pieces
    4 cups napa cabbage slice finely
    1 cup cubed firm tofu
    6 cups Chicken broth
    1 cup snow peas cut up
    3 cups bean sprouts
    1 Tablespoon sesame oil
    6 teaspoons sugar
    1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
    1 cup soy sauce
    6 Tablespoons Ginger chili sauce

Directions

Heat grape seed oil. Saute chicken remove set aside. Add nappa cabbage, snow peas, bean sprouts and black mushrooms. Cook on high for about 5 minutes. Add chicken broth, reserved chicken, tofu,sesame oil, garlic chili sauce, sugar and vinegar. Cook for about 30 minutes.
