Introduction

Easy bean dip that's great on chips, celery sticks, etc. Easy bean dip that's great on chips, celery sticks, etc.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 can drained and rinsed, black beans
    2 tsp. garlic, minced
    2 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. pepper(black or white)
    3 tbsp. salsa
    1/2 onion, diced
    1 tsp. olive oil


Directions

Saute garlic,onion, cumin and pepper in small pan for three to five minutes, or until tender. Meanwhile, put black beans and salsa in the food processor and pulse until blended to desired consistency. Slowly add in onion and garlic. Taste and add additional salsa/hot sauce to create desired spiciness. Enjoy!
