Ingredients

2 packages yeast
1.5 cups water (110 degrees)
1 Tb. honey
3 Tb. olive oil
3 cups all purpose whole wheat flour
2 tsp salt
Directions
In mixer, dissolve yeast, honey and olive oil in water by hand.
On stir setting, add flour 1 cup at a time.
Once mixed slightly, then add salt (not too soon or it will inhibit the yeast).
Mix for 10 mins., add more flour if needed (up to 1 cup)
Knead on floured surface 10 times and form into ball.
Place into bowl that has had olive oil added to bottom and sides (light coating so it doesn't stick)
cover with dishtowel and let rise at room temperature for 30 minutes.
When risen, cut into six pieces.
Spread dough out onto baking sheet, add toppings (whatever you'd like) and bake at 500 degree oven for 8 - 10 minutes.
