    2 C. Whole Wheat Flour
    4 t. baking powder
    1 t. salt
    1/8 C. sugar
    1/2 C. Canola Oil
    1 egg
    1 c. buttermilk


Mix dry ingredients. Whisk egg, oil, and buttermilk together then add to dry ingredients. Stir until moistened. (Overmixing will result in tough pancakes.) Cook on a griddle.
