Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 cup sugar
    3 tbsp cornstarch
    1/3 cup water
    1 can fat-free evaporated milk
    1/3 cup egg substitute
    1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
    1 tsp vanilla
    22 vanilla wafers
    3 medium bananas, sliced
    1 Container Kraft Cool Whip Free

Directions

Combine 1/2 cup sugar and cornstarch in a heavy saucepan; stir in water, evaporated milk, and egg substitute. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Boil, stirring constantly, 1 minutes. Remove from heat; fold in sour cream and vanilla. Place a layer of wafers in bottom of a 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Spoon 1/3 of pudding over wafers; top with half of bananas. Repeat layers, ending with pudding; place wafers around edge.
Allow to cool to room temperture and top with Cool whip topping. Keep refridgerated after serving.
