A spread I threw together last night for celery or dip or whatever you want it for. A spread I threw together last night for celery or dip or whatever you want it for.
Number of Servings: 16


    1 oz Smoked Salmon
    4 wedges Laughing Cow Light Garlic and Herb
    1/2 cup fresh sliced mushrooms
    1 cup frozen spinach


Put all ingredients in food processor and chop to desired consistency.

Makes approximately 2 cups; nutritional information based on 2 tbsp serving.

  • No smoked salmon @ store so got 2.6 oz pkt pink salmon. Since had 2.6 oz salmon, used 8 cheese wedges, 1 c mushrooms, & ~1.2 c spinach. Used blender since no food processor. Think smoked flavor would help- or something to give it kick. Maybe liquid smoke or worcestershire? Great start, tho! Thanks! - 10/24/10
