Ingredients

    Milk, 1%, 1 cup, room temp.
    Egg white, 6, room temp
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Flour, whole grain, 2.25 cup
    Granulated Sugar, 1.75 cup
    Baking Powder, 4 tsp
    Butter, unsalted, 12 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tsp

Directions

Mix wet ingredients.

Mix dry ingredients on low speed with mixer for 1 minute.
Add cut up softened butter to the dry ingredients, mix until resembles small crumbs.

Add all milk mixture except 1/2 cup, mix 30 seconds, medium speed.

Add the rest of the milk mixture, mix 20 seconds medium speed.

Try filling these just over 1/2 full. These puff up LOTS! Should get about 24 cupcakes in this case.
