Ingredients

    1.7 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts diced
    1 jar Sharwood's Indonesian Satay Sauce
    4 green onions
    4 large mushrooms
    1 tbsp EACH canola oil & sesame oil

Directions

Dice chicken breasts into bite size pieces, do the same with the green onions and mushrooms. Heat both oils in a wok and cook chicken till no longer pink. Add the green onions and mushrooms and cook till fragrant. Add the jar of satay sauce and heat through. Serve over rice or noodles (rice or noodles ARE NOT included in the nutritional info). Makes 3 generous servings.
