Introduction

I learned how to make this in the Philippines. Also great with pulled pork. I learned how to make this in the Philippines. Also great with pulled pork.

Ingredients

    2 chicken breasts
    1 lb. cooked shrimp
    1 package rice noodles
    1/2 head green cabbage
    15 carrots (bagged) - sliced
    8-10 T soy sauce (by taste)
    2-5 clove garlic (by taste)

Directions

1. Chop cabbage and cook on medium heat in a no stick pan
2. Add chopped garlic and carrots.
3. In another pan, cook chicken until brown
4. Add chicken to cabbage and carrots, with about 2 cups water.
5. Add rice noodles (may need to add a little more water to cook noodles)
6. Start adding soy sauce. Go by taste mostly. I never really measure.
7. Let cook for about 10 more minutes so the flavors get soaked up!
