Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef
    1 medium onion
    2 cloves garlic
    2 cans chili beans
    2 cans diced tomotoes (with green chilis)
    1 46 oz can tomato juice
    spices to taste: chili powder, red pepper

Directions

Brown hamburger with diced onion and garlic and seasonings. Drain. Add beans, tomatoes, juice, and water. Simmer for one hour.
