Ingredients

    Tomato Paste 6 oz
    Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic, & Oregano
    2 Cans
    Pinto Beans 3 Cups Canned or Cooked Dried Beans
    Black Beans 1.5 Cups Canned or Cooked Dried Beans
    Chili Seasoning mix /any brand will do
    Ketchup 4 tbsp
    Hamburger 90 % Lean or Leaner 24 oz
    Water 24 0z


Directions

Throughly cook meat. When done rinse with hot water and drain water. Put in a large pot. Add other ingredients. Drain liquid from black beans and pinto beans and rinse with warm water if using canned beans. Stir and simmer for 20 minutes. Add any other extra spices to taste. Makes 12 eight ounce servings. Leftovers can be frozen for a later meal. If you do not like chunky tomatoes put them in the blender and puree. You can also use the chili to put over a salad with fat free cheese.
