Make sure to taste at the end before adding extra chilli powder; the 2 tbsp was spicy enough for my husband and I!

Ingredients

    4 oz Whole Wheat Linguini
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    2 tbsp Chilli Powder
    1 Garlic Clove, minced
    1 Onion, sliced into strips
    1 Red Pepper, sliced into strips
    1 lb Round Steak, sliced into strips
    1/4 cup Picante Sauce (salsa)
    1 bag (12 oz) Frozen Corn
    Chilli powder to taste

Directions

Cook spaghetti according to directions.

Heat oil in skillet and saute chilli powder and clove for 1 minute. Add onions and saute for another 2 minutes. Add red pepper strips and saute for 1 more minute, until all vegetables are soft. Remove vegetables from the skillet.

Place steak strips in the skillet and cook until thoroughly heated through, about 3 minutes. Add vegetables back into the skillet. Toss is picants sauce, corn and pasta. Cook for about 1 minute.

Add extra chilli powder to taste.
