Ingredients

    Ground beef, extra lean, 16 oz
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, .5 cup, diced
    Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .5 cup, chopped
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels
    Beans, red kidney, 1.5 cup
    Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 3.5 cup
    Garlic Powder, 1 tsp
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp
    Sage, ground, .25 tsp
    Organic All-Purpose White Flour, 0.125 cup
    1/2 tsp. Cumin Powder,
    Garlic, 3 clove
    Olive Oil, 1 1tsp
    Organic All-Purpose White Flour, 0.125 cup
    Campbells, Tomato Soup, Condensed 1 cup
    Knorr Beef instant soup stock mix 2tsp
    Chili powder, 1.5 tbsp
    Cumin Powder, 1 1/2 tsp.
    Sage, ground, 1 tsp
    Water, tap, 1 cup
    10 Dempster Flour tortillas
    Kraft Tex-Mex Light, 0.66 cup

Directions

Brown and drain ground beef. Rinse and return to pot. Add all remaining ingredients into pot and simmer for 20 minutes to meld flavours together. In a separate pot. saute minced garlic in olive oil add in flour and stir to start sauce. Add OXO to 1 cup water and slowly add to flour/garlic in pot. stirring to make smooth sauce. Add in tomato soup and spices. and simmer 5 minutes. Layer filling and tortilla shells in 9x13 pan topping with sauce and cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes to soften shells and set flavours. Cut into 10 pieces.
