Introduction

Ingredients

    2 Tbsp Margarine
    1 1/2 C. Water
    1 pkg Stove Top Reduced Sodium Stuffing Mix , Chicken Flavor
    12 oz Chicken or Turkey, cooked and diced
    10 3/4 oz can Campbell's Healthy Request Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
    1/3 C. Light Sour Cream
    16 oz Frozen Mixed Vegetables, thawed and drained

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Prepare stuffing mix with 2 tablespoons of margarine and 1 1/2 C. water. Set aside.

In a 9x9 baking dish, combine chicken or turkey, soup, sour cream and vegetables. Stir in 1/3 of the stuffing mix. Top with remaining stuffing.

Bake for 30 minutes.
