Ingredients

1. Full chicken no skin
2. Plain yogurt sugar less or cooking yogurt (1 cup or bowl or half kg)
3. Curry powder (2-3 tb-spoons)
4. Red spice (2 tb-spoons)
5. Salt (2 tb-spoons)
6. Garam masala powder also known as chilli pepper powder (2-3 tb-spoons)
Directions
1. first of all put the yogurt in the bowl and mix all the spices including salt with the yogurt and mix it in a good way with hand or mixer.
2. now wash the chicken no skin after washing take a knife and put medium cuts on the chicken so when the yogurt is applied on chicken it should go inside chicken. so after cuts you will marinate the chicken with the mixed yogurt.
3. now its your choice to cook at once or you can put the marinated chicken in fridge for 12 hour and than cook. if you cook after 12 hours it will be much tastier.
4. after marinating put the marinated chicken in the sauce pan and empty all the yogurt from the bowl.
5. for first 10 minutes cook at high fire or increase the intensity of the fire but after 10 minutes make it the lowest and it will be much better if you put something under the sauce pan so the chicken will be soft and much tastier.
6.as you will lower the flame you have to turn the whole chicken after every 15 minutes repeat the same process till 1 hour.
7. after one hour take a knife and put inside the chicken very little to check if the chicken is soft if it is take it off and serve with rice or just eat it :)
