Ingredients

    1/4 cup chopped broccoli
    1/4 cup sliced celery
    5 baby carrots, sliced thin
    1/4 cup chopped cauliflower
    1 lg. clove garlic, minced
    3 oz. skinless chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
    6 Tbsp. KC Masterpiece Honey Teriyaki with sesame Marinade
    3 cups fresh spinach leaves

Directions

marinade all chopped and sliced veggies in 3 tbsp Honey Teriyaki for 1.5 hours
marinade chicken breast pieces in 3 tbsp Honey Teriyaki for 1.5 hours
Stir-Fry veggies over med-high heat for 10 min.
Drain chicken. Add to veggie mixture. Stir-fry til chicken is done.
Steam spinach. Stir spinach, veggie-chicken mixture together with 1/2 cup hot cooked brown rice.
Serve immediately.
