Ingredients

    24 oz chicken breasts chunked
    1 bag of goya northern beans...simmered for 3 minutes...stood for an hour
    2 28oz cans crushed tomatoes
    1 can rotel
    1 bag of Birdseye pepper and onion stirfry frozen
    2 tbs cumin
    4 tbs chili powder
    1 tbs cilantro
    2 tsp oregano
    1/2 tsp white pepper
    1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
    1 bottle of michelob beer
    2 tbs balsamic vinegar
    4 tsp hot sauce
    2 tbs olive oil

Directions

Saute chicken and bag of birdseye stirfry mix in olive oil until cooked...add everything else and put in crockpot for about 6 hours. Note: the dried beans should be brought to a boil simmered for a few minutes and let set for an hour before putting them in crockpot with everything else.
