Ingredients

    16 op shrimp
    6 cloves garlic
    1 tbsp capers
    1/8 cup olive oil
    1.5 tbsp butter
    3 oz white wine
    2 tbsp parmesian cheese

Directions

saute garlic in oil
add shrimp cook until pink
add butter
cook hard until light color on each side
add capers
add wine
add parmesian cheese
remove from heat
serve over favorite pasta
