Introduction

This is a lot better and more like my normal fat filled casserole.
You may add or delete spices but I love and use spices in all my food. Experiment with them.

Ingredients

    2 Cans Bumble Bee Albacore Tuna drained (drained=8oz.)
    1 can Campbell's Mushroom soup (re-calculate if using fat free)
    3/4 cup frozen peas
    1 can (4 oz.) Pennsylvania Dutch Portabella Mushroom pieces
    1/2 cup skim milk
    10 oz. of enriched egg noodles (cooked)
    1/2 clove garlic
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 pouch of Weight Watchers shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Mix all but the last ingredient together and put into appropriate oven ready container. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for approximately 45 min. to 1 hour in a 350 degree oven.
