Introduction
Cheap and Easy. Can use chicken instead of turkey if you want, but the turkey is better for you. We made this up in the isle of the grocery store one day when we were sick of eating everything else. Ingredients

1 roll of ground turkey meat (93/7)
1 box of fat free cream cheese (8 oz.)
1 can of fat free cream of chicken soup
2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese (for garnish/optional)
Italian seasoning (to taste)
salt and pepper to taste
2 cloves of garlic
2 cups of chopped broccoli crowns
1 cups of chopped spinach
1 bag of whole wheat no yoke noodles
Directions
1)In a skillet, brown the turkey meat and in a separate pot boil noodles till firm.
2)Then add the cream of chicken soup and the cream cheese to the meat until it all melts together. Add seasonings at this point.
3) After you drain the noodles pour them in a 9x13 pan, mix in the turkey/cream cheese/soup and the vegetables.
4) Top with the cheese (optional)
5) Bake at 350 degrees for 5 -10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
