Introduction

A great hearty soup! I sometimes double up on the veggies to make it extra tasty! A great hearty soup! I sometimes double up on the veggies to make it extra tasty!

Ingredients

    2 lbs. Chuck stew meat, cut into bite sized pieces
    1 can lima beans (Do not drain)
    1 can creamed corn
    1 can (15 oz.) crushed or diced tomatoes
    1 large onion, diced
    3 large potatoes, peeled and cubed

Directions

Place all ingredients into your crock pot
Fill one of the emptied cans with water and add the water to the crock pot
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Cook in the crock pot on low for 8 - 10 hours
Enjoy!
