Ingredients

    12 Large Eggs
    4 pieces Turkey Bacon
    30g Marble Cheese
    1tsp Chopped Garlic
    1tsp Prepared Horse Radish
    1tsp Chili Paste
    1/4 cup Milk
    1/2 cup Chopped Onions

**You can add other veggies such as spinach, green peppers, mushrooms, etc. Or you can remove the chili paste, horse radish, and garlic if you want a less spicy dish.**

Directions

In a frying pan or electric fry pan, cook the turkey bacon according to the package (I cook at 350 degrees for about 2 minutes per side, but may vary depending on brand.)

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

Break eggs and pour yolk and whites into a bowl and add milk, chili paste, horse radish, and chopped garlic.

Beat mixture with a whisk (a fork is fine too) until all egg yolks are broken up and mixture is well blended.

Pour mixture into muffin pan, dividing up into 12 cups (each muffin cup will be about 3/4 full, use cooking spray or muffin wraps if you are not using a non stick muffin sheet like in picture).

Chop up the Turkey Bacon into small pieces.
Chop up Cheese into small pieces.
Chop up Onion into small pieces.

Add Turkey Bacon, Cheese, and Onion evenly between the 12 muffin cups.

Bake for 18 minutes at 350 degrees.

Cool for 5 minutes.

Enjoy!
