100 ml 15% shamenet
1 egg + 1 egg white
2/3 cup sugar
1 t vanilla
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Batter will be thick.
Put in an 8x8 square baking pan and bake in a medium oven for about half an hour or until a toothpick comes out clean.
