Introduction

You can use either nicoise or kalamata olives for this recipe. You can use either nicoise or kalamata olives for this recipe.

Ingredients

    Albacore Solid White Albacore Tuna in water, no salt added (drained)
    4-5 nicoise or kalamata olives, finely chopped
    1 medium celery rib, chopped
    2 T Onions, finely chopped
    1 T Red Wine Vinegar
    2 T reduced fat Mayonaise
    celery salt
    ground Black Pepper

Directions

Place tuna in a bowl, and mash with a fork so tuna is in flakes.
Add celery, onion, olives, vinegar, and mayonaise.
Mix till combined.
Add celery salt and pepper to taste (I add no more than 1/4 tsp of each).

Makes about two 1/2-cup servings.
