Ingredients

    1 medium Tomato
    1 Radish
    Parsley, 10 sprigs
    1/2 cup Bolthouse Farms Carrot Juice
    1/4 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
    1 medium Beet, boiled
    handful of ice cubes

Directions

combine all ingredients in a blender and whiz till smooth.
Makes 1 serving

If you have a juicer, don't preboil the beet, and use 2 large carrots instead of the Juice.
