Ingredients

    1/2 cup silk soy vanilla milk
    1/2 cup ice
    1 med banana
    1 tbsp ground flax
    1 tbsp smooth peanut butter

Directions

add all ingredients together in a blender. Blend until all ingredients are smooth. Makes a 12oz serving. Drink up.
