Ingredients

    Fish Fillet
    7 cloves of garlic, crushed
juice of 3 limes (or lemons in this case)
0.5 tsp of ground red pepper
    0.5 tsp of salt

Directions

I marinated the fish in the garlic, lime, pepper and salt combination for ~30 minutes then used the George Foreman Grill.

In the original recipe, it says to rub the fish with the garlic then squeeze juice of 3 limes and add the red pepper and salt. It says to add ~0.5 cup of water and cook until dry. Add a little more water and cook until tender. Suggests serving with rice or potatoes, and salad or brightly colored veggies.
