Ingredients

    11/2 cup chick peas
    11/2 oz roasted red peppers (chopped
    1 tbsp of water
    1 tbsp low fat cream cheese
    1 tbsp red pepper liquid
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp garlic powder

Directions

In a small food processer add chick peas, peppers, water, salt, pepper, and garlic. Mix until smooth now add cream cheese and pepper liquid mix until creamy. Enjoy!
