Introduction

Remove turkey sausage from casing, crumble into large skillet.
Cook the turkey sausage and next 3 ingredients over mediun high heat, until turkey no longer pink. Stir in beer and cook, stirring occassionaly, 2 minutes. Spoon mixture into 5 1/2 qt slow cooker; stir in frozen corn and remaining 5 ingredients. Cover and cook on low 6 hours. Serve topped with jalepeno slices, reduced fat shredded cheddar, and or onions if desired.

    1 (1.25 oz) envelope of chili seasoning mix
    1 (12 oz ) can lite beer
    1 1/2 cups frozen corn kernels
    1 red bell pepper, chopped
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes
    1 (32oz) can hot chilli beans
    1(15oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed

    Toppings: shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese, sliced jalepenos, finely chopped red onions
