Ingredients

14 oz. 93% Lean Ground Beef
1 can Campbell's Condensed Tomato Soup
    1/2 cup water
    1 cup salsa
8 extra thin Mission corn tortillas
    4 slices reduced-fat cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup fat-free sour cream

Directions

Cook the ground beef in a skillet until done. Drain any remaining fat. While cooking, chop up the tortillas into 1-inch strips and dice the cheddar cheese so it will melt easily.

Add the tomato soup, water, salsa and tortillas. Heat over medium-high heat to a boil, then simmer for 5-10 minutes.

Add the diced cheddar cheese and melt. Then add the sour cream. Stir just until mixed and serve immediately.
