Introduction

Ingredients

    8 cups 99% fat free chicken broth
    2 cups water
    10 oz package frozen spinach
    1/2 cup alphabet or other small pasta (multigrain if possible)
    16 oz turkey kielbasa, sliced
    2 8 oz cans white beans, drained

Directions

In a large soup pot, bring chicken broth and water to a boil. Add frozen spinach. Return to a boil, using a wooden spoon to break up the spinach. Add pasta and continue boiling until soft. Reduce heat and add kielbasa and beans. Cook until kielbasa has plumped. Makes approximately 12 servings.
