This is my version of a taco flavored meatloaf. This is my version of a taco flavored meatloaf.
Number of Servings: 16


    1 lb Ground Venison
    1 lb 80/20 Ground Chuck
    1 cup Kroger Whole Grain Oatmeal - dry
    2/3 packet - Aldi Taco Seasoning
    4 Tbsp Kroger Ketchup
    1/2 cup Homemade Salsa
    1/4 cup Kroger Mexican finely shredded cheese
    2 eggs


mix all ingredients in bowl, except only put 1/2 of cheese in bowl, and 3 tbsp Ketchup in bowl.
Mix well.

This will make 16 muffin sized servings.

once meatloaf is in muffin pan, drizzle extra 1tbsp of ketchup and remaining cheese on each serving.

Put in oven at 350*
cook for 30 minutes or until cooked through.

I cook it in a muffin pan, because it's easier to control portions. :)
