Ingredients

    2 - 15.5 oz Cans drained and rinsed Chick Peas (Garbonzo Beans)
    3 Tablespoons Tahini (ground sesame)
    1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
    3 cloves roasted garlic (you can also use fresh or minced garlic)
    1/2 Cup Roasted Red Pepper
    2 Tablespoons (more if needed for consistency) Water (I used the water from Garbonzo beans
    1 Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper

Directions

Place all ingredients in food processor and process for a minimum of 2 minutes. Add salt to your own taste.
Sometimes I dice up a few extra Roasted Red Peppers and stir them in, it looks good and tastes good!
