Ingredients

1tsp flora buttery
1 large onion, chopped
100g chunk chorizo, chopped into small squares
2 large carrots, chopped
1 medium potato, chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed or chopped
800g canned tomatoes, chopped
3 oxo cubes, dissolved in 1 litre boiling water
1 tsp dried sage
50g dried pasta
400g can haricot beans
Directions
Makes 7 servings
Melt the flora in a pan and add the onions and chorizo, fry for about 5 minutes until the onion is starting to brown. Tip in the carrots, celery, potato and garlic, stir well and cook for a few minutes.
Add the tomatoes , stock and sage and bring to the boil. Reduce heat to simmer and cook for 30 minutes. Drain and rinse the beans and add to the pan with the pasta. Cook for a furhter 10 minutes and season with salt and black pepper.
