Introduction
Delicious and easy tender barbeque. You can use beef roast or pork shoulder roast. Either is great! Put this on a roll with some of the onions and pickle chips and it kind of reminds me of a McRib! The recipe makes a ton, so it is great for parties. Delicious and easy tender barbeque. You can use beef roast or pork shoulder roast. Either is great!
