    1 cup all purpose flour
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup rolled oats
    1/3 cup sugar
    1 tbsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 cup 2% milk
    1/3 cup plain, low or nonfat yogurt
    1 egg
    2 tbsp. canola oil
    1/2 cup raisins


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine the dry ingredients and set aside.
Whisk together the milk, yogurt, egg, and oil together and then add to the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
Stir in the raisins.
Bake in a greased 9x5 loaf pan 35-40 minutes or until the bread tests done.
Yield: 12 slices.

    this was amazing I didn't have raisins, but I put wheat germ and flax seed in it. I also didn't have normal yogurt so I substitutes raspberry greek yogurt. It was great. thanks for sharing! - 7/8/12

    I didn't really care for it. It was OK but I wouldn't make it again. I took some to work and one of the guys said it tasted yeasty (even though it doesn't have any yeast). - 10/15/12
